Good Neighbors goodyear Heights community outreach and Food center
George Camilletti is the Good Neighbors Goodyear Heights Community Outreach and Food Center Chairman.
During the 2016 year, our Good Neighbors Goodyear Heights Food Center served more than 12,458 families, which included more than 39,648 individuals (3,073 seniors, 20,889 adults and 15,686 children). Personal care items, household supplies and more than 600,000 pounds of food was distributed to these families. Volunteers gave more than 14,000 hours of their time to help those in need throughout the community. Currently, we have been serving more than 1,000 families every month.
The Good Neighbors Food Center is located on the corner of Goodyear Boulevard and Malasia Road and Bingham Path. The Food Center address is 1453 Goodyear Blvd, Akron, Ohio 44305. The Food Center entrance is located at 1456 Bingham Path, Akron, Ohio 44305. Weather permitting, the Food Center is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m., we do close for holidays. Visits are permitted every 30 days with a referral and identification.
