UNIT UPDATES
Good Neighbors will be closed the week of Christmas 2024.
Good Neighbors Community Outreach and Food Center is open Monday through Thursday from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Closed for most holidays and when the schools are closed due to the weather. Visits are permitted every 30 days with identification. Please keep track of your visits. Returning clients already in our database, no longer need a referral. New clients will need a referral. Written referrals from schools, churches, medical professionals, social services and government agencies are accepted. Appointments are not necessary but can be made online through the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank: www.akroncantonfoodbank.org/find-help Serving residents in the greater Summit County area. Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors Unit is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Drive-through distribution remains in effect. For unit updates and guidelines, please visit our website at cfgoodneighbors.org. Serving Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson, Munroe Falls, Peninsula, Silver Lake and Stow residents.
Ellet Good Neighbors Unit is open on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. Serving Ellet, Lakemore, Springfield Township and Mogadore residents with a referral and identification.
Green Good Neighbors Unit is open on Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon. Open the first 4 Wednesdays of the month and closed when there's a 5th Wednesday that month. Drive-through food distribution is permanently in place. Clothing distribution is in the building. Serving residents living in the greater Green area of Summit County with a yearly referral and identification. Superior-Wooster Clothing Unit is open on Tuesdays from 9:30 am - 12:00 noon. Serving Akron area residents with a referral and identification.
Tallmadge Good Neighbors Unit is open on Wednesdays from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Serving Tallmadge residents with a referral and identification.
Thanks to our generous supporters and more than 300 dedicated volunteers, Good Neighbors has been serving the community for more than 67 years.
