A huge thank you to our community of generous school supply donors. Thanks to your donations of supplies and funds, our annual school supply distribution was a great success. We provided approximately 300 students with a new backpack full of school supplies including a mouse and headphones. We are grateful to our school drive committee chairperson Alice Beatty and committee members Dolly, Linda, Jenny and Cindy, whose hard work made this happen. We support all of our students and wish them the best in this coming school year.
A big thank you to the volunteers, generous donors, CuyahogaFallsFirefighters, CuyahogaFalls Police, City of Cuyahoga Falls, and all who supported our three day Christmas Event. This year, we provided food and toys to 433 children. Over 700 hams and other groceries were distributed. During the month of December, 476 families received food assistance from the Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors.
Since June 6, 1968, the Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors has been helping families and individuals in need with food, clothing, personal care supplies, household items, Christmas gifts and school supplies. Bob Goldstein and Mike Amos manage the Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors Unit.
